Weekly Food Prep - PROTEIN



🍴1 1/2 cups quinoa
🍴1 cup spaghetti (optional)
🍴1 14oz extra firm tofu, cubed
🍴1/4 cup bbq sauce of choice
🍴1/4 cup teriyaki sauce of choice
🍴 3 carrots, sliced
🍴3 cups broccoli
🍴2 tsp italian seasoning 

​​🍽 Prepare your quinoa according to packaged directions. I love using my instant pot for this! In instant pot add 1 1/2 cups quinoa & 3 cups water - set Manual for 1 minute and let naturally release for 10 minutes.
🍽 Cube tofu and separate into two bowls. Add BBQ sauce to one and teriyaki to other. 
🍽 Air Fry each batch for 10-15 minutes. 
🍽 Steam broccoli and carrots to your liking. I like using the instant pot and letting it steam for 1 minute.
🍽 Boil spaghetti noodles if using to sub out quinoa for some dishes!
🍽 Assemble preps! This should make 5 meals!
