Veggie Kabobs



🌽 1 red onion, cubed
🌽 2 corn on the cob, sliced
🌽 2 zucchini, sliced
🌽 2 large portabello mushrooms, cubed

🍽 Prepare all ingredients (all should be relatively the same size to be sure even cooking time!) 
🍽 Place each piece onto skewer in a repeating pattern
🍽 I can usually get 2 - 3 pieces of EACH veggie on one skewer
🍽 Place onto open flame grill and let cook until desired tenderness! Be sure to give them a turn every few minutes! 
🍽 Serve!
