The BBQ Bowl



🍴1 Brick of Tofu (14oz package),      extra firm
🍴2 Corn On The Cob
🍴1 Zucchini,
🍴10 Asparagus Spears
🍴2 cups Spinach
🍴1 cup Angel Hair Pasta, cooked
🍴Green Onion to top
🍴1/2 cup BBQ Sauce

🍽 Prepare Tofu by slicing long ways and then into strips. 🍽 Place into 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce of choice. Make sure it is      evenly coated. (Let marinate if possible for 1 hour)
🍽 Prepare rest of veggies for grilling!
🍽 All veggies went on the grill for about 15 minutes. Move        items that may finish quicker like the zucchini and                asparagus to the top as needed.
🍽 Tofu is done once it has grill marks! 
🍽 Prepare pasta when veggies are almost done.
🍽 Assemble Bowl with spinach as your base!!
