Quick & Easy  Pancakes



🥞 2 1/2 cups flour
🥞 1/4 cup coconut sugar
🥞 1 tbsp baking powder
🥞 1 tsp salt
🥞 2 tbsp applesauce
🥞 2 1/2 cups water
🥞 2 tsp cinnamon

🍽 Combine All Dry Ingredients
🍽 Make a "Well" in the middle and add all wet                      ingredients.
🍽 Whisk Together! (The batter will still be slightly lumpy)
🍽 Add small amount of batter to lightly sprayed skillet set      at medium heat & flip pancake once edges become firm      and lightly browned! 
🍽 Serve with fruit of choice & syrup!

Note: You can freeze these!! Food prep idea for a quick breakfast for the kids!
