Pumpkin Pancakes



🥞 1 Cup Wheat Flour
🥞 1/2 Cup Garbanzo Bean Flour
🥞 1 Tsp Baking Powder
🥞 1 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
🥞 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
🥞 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
🥞 1/2 Ginger
🥞 Pinch of Salt
🥞 3 Cups Almond Milk                      (Unsweetened)
🥞 2/3 Cup Pumpkin Pureé
🥞 1/2 Cup Unsweetened                  Applesauce

🍽 Combine All Dry Ingredients in large bowl
🍽 Make a "Well" in the middle and add all wet                      ingredients (Milk, Pumpkin, & applesauce). 
🍽 Whisk Together!
🍽 Add small amount of batter to non stick skillet set at            medium heat & flip pancake once edges become firm        and lightly browned! 
🍽 Serve with fruit of choice & syrup!
