"Perfect" Popcorn



​🍿 1/4 cup white popcorn kernals
🍿 1 tsp coconut oil
🍿 1/2 tsp garlic salt
🍿 Dash of pepper (optional)

​🍽 Place oil in a deep dish that has a fitted lid onto stove top over medium heat.
🍽 Add ONE kernal and when that one pops add the rest.
🍽 COVER and shake until all popcorn kernals have popped (you will no longer hear kernals popping)
🍽 Remove from heat immediately (popcorn can burn quickly!)
🍽 Remove lid & add garlic salt
🍽 Place lid back on and shake until popcorn is coated with garlic salt!
