Mixed Fruit Crumble



🍓 2 Cups Frozen Fruit of choice
🍓 1/2 of Lemon Juice
🍓 1/4 Cup of Coconut Sugar
🍓 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
🍓 1 Teaspoon Corn Starch

🍓 1/2 Cup Oats
🍓 1/4 Cup Pecans, chopped
🍓 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
🍓 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
🍓 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
🍓 1-2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil

🍽 Preheat oven to 375*
🍽 Mix all Ingredients for filling together and put in an oven      safe dish. I recommend a stoneware casserole dish) 
🍽If fruit is frozen, place in oven WITH lid without topping          for 10 minutes.(If using fresh fruit omit this step and just      bake the additional 10 minutes with the lid removed and      topping on.)
🍽 Combine all topping ingredients in a food processor.
🍽 If frozen fruit is used, after the first 10 minutes remove lid      and add topping. Place back in the oven for 20 minutes        or until bubbly and topping is lightly golden.
🍽 Serve!
