Potato Chips



🥔 1 Russet Potato, thinly sliced
🥔 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
🥔 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
🥔 2 Tablespoons Nutritional Yeast

🍽 Thinly Slice potato and let soak in cold water for 30                minutes.
🍽 After 30 minutes drain and pat dry slices.
🍽 Spray with lemon juice & add seasonings until coated.
🍽 Place in Air Fryer at 330* for 25-30 Minutes.
Tip: Do one layer at a time for crispier chips. If you add multiple layers like I do, be sure to toss chips every 10 minutes.
