Chickpea Noodle Soup



🍲2 Clovis Garlic, Diced
🍲1 Medium Onion, Diced
🍲3 Medium Carrots, Diced
🍲2 Stalks Zucchini, Diced
🍲1 Tablespoon Dry Thyme
🍲1 Bay Leaf
🍲1 Liter of Veggie Broth
🍲8 Oz Penne Pasta Noodles
🍲1 Can Drained/Rinsed Garbanzo      Beans
🍲2 Tablespoons Dried Parsley
🍲Pepper To Taste

🍽 Saute all Veggies until Softened.
🍽 Add Broth and bring to a boil.
🍽 Add Garbanzo beans & pasta and cook for 8 -9 minutes.
🍽 Add In Parsley
🍽 Serve!
