Almond Crunch Salad



🍴1 head of green cabbage,                shredded
🍴1/2 head of purple cabbage,            shredded
🍴1 Cup Carrots, shredded
🍴2 Cups Broccoli, shredded              (Optional)
🍴1/2 Cup almonds, slivered
🍴2-3 Green Onions, Chopped
🍴1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds
🍴Juice of 2 Limes
🍴1/2 Avocado, chopped (optional)

4 Tbsp Almond Butter
1 Tbsp Tamari or Coconut Aminos
1 Tsp of Garlic Powder
1 Tsp of Ginger Powder
2-3 Tbsp of water
1-2 Tbsp Maple Syrup

🍽 Prepare base into large mixing bowl.
🍽 Whisk ALL dressing ingredients & pour over salad.
🍽 Mix until evenly coated
🍽 If using, top with avocado
🍽 Serve!
