Mac N' Cheese

Ingredients

Directions

Sauce
🧀 3/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast
🧀 1/4 Cup Flour
🧀 1 1/2 tsp salt
🧀 1/4 tsp garlic powder
🧀 1/4 tsp onion powder
🧀 2 Cups Non Dairy Milk
🧀 1 tbsp mustard (optional)
🧀 1-2 tsp hot sauce (optional)

Noodle & Veggies
🧀 1 lb fusilli 
🧀 1 yellow onion, chopped
🧀 1 1/2 cup cauliflower
🧀 1 1/2 cup broccoli florets

🧀 1/2 cup bread crumbs (optional)
🧀 2 tomatoes, sliced (optional)


🍽 Preheat Oven to 350*
🍽 Combine Nutritional Yeast, flour (I like using chickpea          flour), salt, garlic & onion powder. 
🍽 Prep onion, cauliflower, & broccoli 
🍽 Add dry sauce ingredients to sauce pan over medium            heat and make a well.
🍽 Pour milk slowly into well while whisking the wet & dry           ingredients until combined. Add mustard & hotsauce and       continue to whisk until sauce thickens, about 10-15               minutes.
🍽  Prepare Pasta according to packaged directions
🍽  In the final 5 minutes of the pasta cooking, add veggies         to cook with the pasta. Then Drain all.
🍽 Combine sauce, pasta & veggies and pour into 9X13 pan
🍽 Top with bread crumbs and tomato is using
🍽 Bake for 15 minutes, followed by 5 minutes on broil
🍽 Serve!
