Tofu Scramble

Ingredients

Directions

🍽 1 Brick Tofu (Any kind you like!)
🍽 2 Tablespoons Turmeric
🍽 2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
🍽 1/4 of Trader Joes Soy Chorizo          (Optional)
🍽 Pepper
🍽 1/4 Cup Non Dairy Milk
🍽 Spinach (As much as you'd like!)
🍽 1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast                (Optional) 



🍽 Crumble Tofu in Skillet.
🍽 Cook until lightly Browned (Medium High Heat).
🍽 Add Turmeric, Garlic Powder & Milk and Mix.
🍽 Add Soy Chorizo & Heat through.
🍽 Add Spinach and let Wilt Down. If using, add Nutritional        Yeast & heat through.
🍽 SERVE!
