The "Green" Bowl

Ingredients

Directions

🌱 1 Cup Quinoa, Cooked
🌱 1 Cup Broccoli Florets
🌱 1 Small Zucchini, Sliced
🌱 1/2 Cup Garbanzo Beans
🌱 1/2 Cup Edamame
🌱 2 Cups Greens
🌱 1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds
🌱 Teriyaki Sauce of Choice 

🍽 Prepare Quinoa (Instant Pot Directions: 1 Cup Quinoa, 2        Cups Water/Broth - Manually set for 1 minute. Let sit            without releasing for 10 minutes.)
🍽 Let Zucchini slices cook up on skillet for about 4 minutes        on medium high heat, flip and let brown about two more      minutes.
🍽 Steam Broccoli to your preference.
🍽 Start With Quinoa & Greens as your base and then load it      up with your toppings! SERVE!!
