PB&J Cakes

Ingredients

Directions

Dry Ingredients:
🥄 1 cup flour
🥄 2 cups oat flour
🥄 2 tbsp flax meal
🥄 1/2 cup coconut sugar
🥄 4 tsp baking powder
🥄 1/2 tsp salt

Wet Ingredients
🥄 1/2 cup water
🥄 1/4 cup maple syrup
🥄 4 tbsp powdered peanut butter
🥄 1 1/4 cup almond milk

🥄 1/4 cup peanuts, chopped
🥄 1/2 cup jam or jelly of choice





🍴 Combine ALL dry ingredients.
🍴 Combine ALL wet ingredients.
🍴 Mix together your wet and dry ingredients until incorporated.
🍴 Lightly spray your mini 6 serving bundt pan with non stick cooking
spray.
🍴 Sprinkle peanuts into pan
🍴 Add batter until half full into each section.
🍴 Add 1 tbsp of jam into each section on top of batter
🍴 Finish off the batter by evenly dispersing the remainder onto each
section covering most of the jam.
🍴 Bake at 350° for 18 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean!
