Overnight Oats 3 Ways!

Ingredients

Directions

PB&J Oats
🥜 1/2 cup quick oats
​🥜 1/2 cup non dairy milk
🥜 1 tbsp chia seeds
🥜 1 tbsp hemp meal
🥜 1 tbsp peanut butter
🥜 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
🥜 A few fresh Raspberries
PB&J Oats
🍽 Combine oats, milk, chia seeds, hemp meal & peanut         butter
🍽 Top with frozen berries & drizzle with more peanut               butter. Top with fresh raspberries.
Mocha Oats
🍽 Combine oats, milk, cinnamon, hemp meal & cacao            powder.
🍽 Top with banana & cacao nibs if using
🍽 Add maple syrup for sweetness if you'd like!
Blueberry Overload Oats
🍽 Combine oats, milk cinnamon, hemp meal & chia seeds
🍽 Add blueberries and mix in
🍽 Top with muesli 
Mocha Oats
☕️ 1/2 cup quick oats
☕️ 1/2 cup non dairy milk
☕️ 1 tsp cinnamon
☕️ 1 tbsp cacao powder
☕️ 1 tbsp hemp meal
☕️ 1 banana, sliced
​☕️ 1 tsp cacao nibs (optional)
☕️ 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
Blueberry Overload Oats
🥄 1/2 cup quick oats
🥄 1/2 cup non dairy milk
🥄 1 tsp cinnamon
🥄 1 tbsp hemp meal
🥄 1 tbsp chia seeds
🥄 1 cup frozen blueberries
​🥄 2 tbsp muesli
