Hummus 3 Ways!

Ingredients

Directions

Roasted Garlic Hummus
🥄 1 can garbanzo beans, drained       & rinsed
🥄 1/2 cup lemon juice
🥄 1/3 cup tahini
🥄 1/2 tsp cumin
🥄 Pepper to taste
🥄 2- 5 cloves Roasted Garlic

Sun-Dried Tomato Hummus
🍅 1 can garbanzo beans, drained      & rinsed
🍅 1/2 cup lemon juice
🍅 1/3 cup tahini
🍅 1/2 tsp cumin
🍅 pepper to taste
🍅 1 clove garlic
🍅 1/4 - 1/2 cup sun dried                   tomatoes, jarred
🍅 2 tablespoons pine nuts,                toasted

Roasted Eggplant Hummus
🍆 1 can garbanzo beans, drained       & rinsed
🍆 1/2 cup lemon juice
🍆 1/3 cup tahini
🍆 1/2 tsp cumin
🍆 Pepper to taste
🍆 1 clove garlic
🍆 1 Eggplant, Roasted

Roasted Garlic Hummus
Combine ALL Ingredients in blender!! Please start with 2 cloves and taste test!! Serve!

Sun-Dried Tomato Hummus
Combine ALL Ingredients in blender! Try to only get the actual sun dried tomatoes added to mixture and not too much extra oil! 

Roasted Eggplant Hummus
 Slice eggplant in half long ways. Roast at 425* for 20-25 minutes. Should be very soft! Let cool and scoop out the inside of eggplant to use.
Combine ALL Ingredients in blender & Serve!
