Banana Bread

Ingredients

Directions

🍌 1 cup wheat flour
🍌 3/4 cup oat flour
🍌 2 tsp baking powder
🍌 1/2 tsp baking soda
🍌 1/2 tsp cinnamon
🍌 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
🍌 1/8 tsp sea salt
🍌 2 tbsp flax meal (optional)
🍌 1 cup banana, mashed (this is typically 2-4 bananas)
🍌 1/3 cup maple syrup
🍌 1/2 cup almond milk
🍌 1 tsp vanilla extract




Combine ALL dry ingredients in large bowl. (Make your oat flour if needed by adding Oats to food processor and pulsing until flour)

In another bowl, combine all wet ingredients starting with the smashed bananas.

Combine all ingredients until well incorporated (not beaten)
Pour in lightly sprayed 8" by 4" loaf pan and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Do check it at 25 minutes with toothpick. Done when toothpick comes out clean!
